Genius Hour
For my Genius Hour project that I have been assigned in reading I will be giving advice on music theory to beginners in the music career and showing how inspiring how music can be.
Some people like all genres of music. Electronic, dubstep, trap, rock, and there’s many, many more. I think that getting started making music whether it be on a computer or on a musical instrument can be found quite mind boggling and nerve pulling so I plan to devise a website that will take resources from my knowledge and knowledge from other websites and summarize them all up and make them more interesting and pleasurable to watch for extended periods of time.
I know that this project will not only spark interest in my community but that it will also carry out into the world of the music career and many will find it useful!
In our class, we observed and described how different environments like micro habitats in school yards support different varieties or organisms. Our class went out to the creek and found a spot for our micro habitat in the cave. We found examples of geotropism, where roots were growing up into the roof of the cave and we found spider webs that were hanging from sticks. There was a stream running through the cave and we found big rocks beside and inside the stream.
TRAXXAS Rc car improvement
In my research, I learned that my Traxxas Slash 4×4 4WD rc car can go faster, and be upgraded. The first way that I upgraded my car was to upgrade my suspension to a Proline shock and shock cap set. The second way that I thought that I could speed up my car and make it lighter, was to get a lighter, but durable body for my Slash. Another way I also researched was to get a battery with a longer lasting cell and more output into the speed control at one time. The final way that I sped up my car, was to upgrade my Velineon 3500 motor to a Mamba monster motor and speed control. In the end, my Traxxas Slash reached up to 110 Mph and it looks like it’s very upgrade-able!
